Real estate on Mont Boron

Mont Boron is a hill situated in the eastern part of Nice (Alpes-Maritimes). Its maximum altitude is 191 meters. The 57-hectares forest of Mont Boron is the main park of the Eastern Nice. It is famous for its numerous panoramic sights of the city as well as the Bay of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat. It is also a residential area with many villas. Located at the foot of Mont Boron, there is the Grotto of Lazareth – a prehistorical site of the middle Paleolithic.
